Shadow our mentor coaches under the guidance of our dedicated Coaching Education Mentor. While we have a curriculum of topics we feel are important to address, coaches may also tailor the program to their specific needs and interests. This program is limited to two or three coaches per year. If interested, please send a note to barb@rowcamp.com.
On the water
Learn different ways to coach technique effectively by rotating through the launches of our mentor coaches. Get tips on how to organize practice and run efficient workouts. Check the box on your USRowing Level 1 or 2 mentoring hours.
On land
Participate in group and individual discussions on topics such as:
Developing a training program
Coaching technique
Motivating your athletes
Designing a race plan
Rigging
Coaching the erg
Nutrition
Core mobility

Individual meetings are an opportunity to delve into topics of your choice as well as receive individual feedback based on observations during camp. Get your questions answered!
