Availability
Important - Registration Limit
Recently we've been overwhelmed by registrations. To
be open to as many programs as we can, we have placed a limit of 10 male
registrations and 10 female registrations from any one school/club. We'll accept the first 10 men's applications and first 10 women's
applications from a school. Subsequent applications will be put on a wait
list.
Applications
are accepted
after December 1st until programs are full
Experience:
at least one season's experience required
Minimum age
is 15 (completed 9th grade at time of camp)
Fee
for Session 1 is $975 with $350 deposit required with application and balance due
June 1.
Fee for Session 2 is $650 with $350 deposit required with application and balance due
June 1.

There is an option to type information into the fields and
then print/mail if you have a later version of Acrobat Reader (7.0) and if you
don't have the later version you can print first and then write information into
boxes.

"Open" - If you would like to register, go
to Application, print form, complete, and mail w/deposit. A
Confirmation, Information Pamphlet, and Forms will be sent
in return mail.
* "Nearly Full" - Please call the office,
(609) 712-2667, to make sure a spot is still available.
** "Full" - Please call about the standby list,
(609) 712-2667. We
get cancellations, so there still may be a good chance to attend.
*** "at limit"
- The school listed has reached the limit of 10. Please see
Registration Limit at top of this page. Please
