Application Procedures

Important - Registration limit
Recently we've been overwhelmed by registrations. To be open to as many programs as we can, we have placed a limit of 10 male registrations and 10 female registrations from any one school/club per session. We'll accept the first 10 men's applications and first 10 women's applications from a school and subsequent applications will be put on a wait list.

Experience: at least one season's experience required

Minimum age is 15 (completed 9th grade at time of camp)

Fee for each session is $875 with $250 required with application and balance due June 1.

There is an option to type information into the fields and then print/mail if you have a later version of Acrobat Reader (7.0) and if you don't have the later version you can print first and then write in information.
